ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum First Order: $250

Minimum Proceeding Order: $150

Minimum Quantities: Must order a minimum of 4 products/scents

RESALE

Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.

PAYMENT

Payments will be processed through our website unless otherwise arranged beforehand. All orders are expected to pay 50% of invoice balance upon making order and the rest at shipping.

FULFILLMENT TIMES

Our fulfillment times for wholesale vary depending on products ordered. For our Candles/Melts it is between 7-14 days depending on stock. For all other products its between 4-7 days. If your order requires special attention that may extend our fulfillment time. If you need an order expedited please email or message us directly, we will try to accommodate those orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email or message us directly. Must include images of damaged or defective items.

PACKAGING 

All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing or dividing sets may result in denial of future orders.
